What am I going to get if I choose to stay with Flokq?

  • A private room in a fully furnished shared apartment

Who am I going to live with? You will share with 1-2 people in Flokq apartment. We have carefully selected these people and you will only be placed with the people that suit your preference.

Can I have a look at the apartment first? Yes, during COVID19 pandemic, we can arrange a video viewing session with our representative for the unit you’re interested in. Whatsapp us on +6281314905690 to arrange a suitable time

What are the different rooms available? We offer three types of room in Flokq apartment:

  • Master room: King or queen size bed with a private ensuite bathroom
  • Queen room: Queen-size bed with a shared bathroom
  • Common room: Single-size bed with a shared bathroom

What checks are you doing for new members? We are acting according to government regulations and WHO guidelines. We are performing temperature and travel history checks. If they exhibit symptoms, we will ask them to isolate themselves for 14 days and seek medical attention quickly. If they traveled from affected areas, we will encourage them to get checked and our team will assist them towards alternative accommodation until they are deemed safe.

What precautions is Flokq taking during the COVID-19 pandemic? The safety of our staff and members are a top priority for us. We are acting according to government regulation and WHO guidelines which include working from home policy for staff members and practicing social distancing within the community. While our staff members on the field are performing the precautions below.

What precautions are Flokq helpers taking while cleaning my apartment?

  • Change gloves after cleaning each apartment.
  • Wash hands with soap for 30 seconds or sanitize hands after every apartment
  • Practice safe distancing of 6 feet from members
  • Wear masks during all times
  • Body temperature check before cleaning
  • Instructed to stop the task and get tested if there are symptoms of flu, coughing, fever or difficulty breathing
  • Observe members for potential symptoms

Can I bring a friend over? Seek prior permission from your flatmates. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, do not assume they will be OK. Ideally, not recommended.

How long is the minimum stay? We understand that it’s a hard time to commit in one place. Our minimum stay during COVID-19 pandemic is one month.

Can I rent the entire apartment? As a coliving company, Flokq mainly provides rooms in a shared apartment, but we can rent out the whole apartment by request. Get a quote from our team on WhatsApp! :)

How do I communicate with Flokq team during my stay? Each member will have an account that can be used in our Flokq app. You can use this app to communicate with Flokq team.
