Permata Eksekutif Apartment Comfort and Convenience

For an apartment that was built in 2000, we consider Permata Eksekutif Apartments to be one of the well-established and maintained buildings in West Jakarta. From the outside, you may see the fading color of the walls but once you step in the lobby, it seems decent and the staff is also very friendly. The apartment also has a nice community and everyone in life they have gatherings and events such as during the Indonesian Independence day. Furthermore, the cleanliness and maintenance of the building are also acceptable. There are no litters within the compound and most of the facilities are also working.

Permata Eksekutif Apartment Facilities

The facilities offered by Permata Eksekutif Apartments may not be the most compelling services offered, but for the age and price, it is still acceptable. First of all, they have two swimming pools in the outdoor area. During the weekend, this pool may be packed with kids, so if you are looking for a relaxing swimming time, we recommend you to come during the morning or in the evening on weekdays. There are a small garden and outdoor chairs surrounding the apartment, however, it is not really cozy as the chairs are limited and most of the time the sun is blocked by the building itself. Moreover, there is a small gym space in the building. Unfortunately, there are less than 10 gym tools and most of them are not functioning well anymore. On the other side of the building, you can find a small kids playground with slides, swings and other playing tools for kids. Please keep an eye on your kids while playing here as the old tools tend to be fragile and dangerous.

Kelapa Dua is just a normal area in West Jakarta; not so special but not under the radar as well. There are few landmarks in this area such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and other two shopping malls. However, the area is highly accessible as you can directly go to both inner and outer ring road from Kelapa Dua.

**Shopping ** If you are looking for a low-budget shop, there are two shopping malls you can go to; Bellezza shopping Arcade and ITC Permata Hijau. Both malls offer unbranded clothing boutiques, supermarkets, and different kinds of cheap restaurants. If you 're looking for something more sophisticated, you can go to shopping malls like Senayan City and Gandaria City that are only 20 minutes' drive away from Kelapa Dua.

**Restaurant and Bars ** There are not many options when it comes to restaurants and bars in this area. There are plenty of food trucks and tents throughout the day, but for something more classy you can go to the restaurants in the Bellezza shopping arcade.

**Nightlife ** The nightlife in Kelapa Dua is close to none. The only thing we can recommend you to do within the area is to do food hopping from one street food to the other one, especially if you like Chinese-Indonesian cuisine then this might just like this area.

**Transportation ** There is not so much public transportation in Kelapa Dua. Aside from online taxis, there is only a TransJakarta Bus stop in Kelapa Dua, specifically in front of the Permata Eksekutif Apartment.
