Sky Terrace Lagoon Condo is one of the sophisticated yet affordable apartments in West Jakarta. Built-in 2014, this apartment is still relatively new and well-maintained. One of the upfront benefits of living in this apartment is the strategic location. It still only 3 minutes driving from the Jakarta Outer Ring Road and also 30 minutes drive to the airport. Furthermore, even though the outside look of this building may look like a modest concrete-building, its entrance, lobby, outdoor and gym facilities are well-designed. The standard furnish apartment is considerably favorable for a midrange housings. This apartment also has a relatively good level of security and maintenance. To begin with, there are 24/7 guards on the main gate, parking area, lobby and other common areas in the building. The corners of the building are also facilitated with CCTV cameras and to enter the residential floors, you need to have your own access cards to tap it on the elevator. Furthermore, there are also janitors, gardeners and maintenance staff throughout the week, maintaining a comfortable and safe living place.

Furthermore, the gym in this apartment is quite complete. The gym area consists of cardio tools, aerobic space, and multi-purpose fitness machines. The room itself is surrounded with glass from bottom to top, giving a more sophisticated working out ambiance. Unfortunately, there are no small convenience stores within the building. So if you are looking to buy groceries or other kinds of day-to-day needs, you need to go to the nearest mall, which is the Mall Daan Mogot. Good thing is that this mall is very close by; only 2 minutes away. These are also Pasar Jaya Ganefo if you are looking for a more wide choice of fresh local products. This traditional market sells a very wide food product for a very cheap price.

You can also order a young coconut here, served along with its fruit. Definitely one of the great seafood restaurants in West Jakarta!

**Nightlife: ** Starting from the evening, you can find numerous food trucks and stands throughout the street of Daan Mogot, particularly the one in front of the City Resort Apartments. Open until midnight, this street food experience offers you a wide range of great flavors! **Transportation: ** There is not so much public transportation in this area, which is the TransJakarta and KRL Commuter Train. You can take the TransJakarta bus from the Pesaikh halt which is only 600 m away from the Sky Terrace Lagoon Condo. This halt offers Line 2 and 3 that head directly to Pulo Gadung and Harmoni. Moreover, if you are taking the KRL Commuter Train, you need to travel a bit further to the Kali Deres Station which is 3.5 Km away from the apartment
