- Cornstarch to taste
- Water

- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 segments of ginger, remove the skin
- 3 tablespoons instant teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 350 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve in water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
