Bintaro is a planned township constructed in 1979 and continues to expand to this day. Bintaro was first extended in South Jakarta, then in Greater Jakarta to South Tangerang. This city has a total land area of 100 hectares. Bintaro has 9 sectors with different locations, sectors 1 and 2 located in Ciputat meanwhile, sector 3 till 9 located in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang. Along with the residential areas, the township has many hospitals, clubs, shopping centers, schools, universities, and many more. Public transportation in Bintaro is accessible, as it’s linked to the Green Line of Jakarta Commuter Rail Network. Besides, there are shuttle bus services such as TransBintaro and Intrans Bintaro Jaya. Because of that, hanging out in Bintaro can be an option as it has many interesting places you can visit. 1. Visit BX Rink

BX Rink is an ice skating rink located at Bintaro Xchange, a well-known shopping mall in Bintaro. This place is strategically located, so you can visit this place by using public transportation, which is getting off at Jurangmangu Station or using TransBintaro. BX Rink provides a public skating and skating academy. The price of entrance tickets, depending on the day and type of ticket. For Monday-Friday, it costs Rp100.000,00 for one entrance and one out. Weekend and national holiday, you have to pay Rp125.000,00 for one entrance and one out. For the school holidays, it costs Rp140.000,00. Besides, BX Rink offers multiple entries and you have to pay Rp18.000,00/person. You also need to pay more if you rent a locker, gloves, and socks.

2. Visit Kebun Ide

Kebun Ide is a cozy cafe located in sector 9 of Bintaro. This place is unique because it presents a picnic atmosphere in the middle of the city. the area of Kebut Ide is quite large, it’s suitable to bring children because they can run around freely. Besides, this place also provides toys. Kebun Ide provides coffee you can try, such as Espresso, Caramel Latte, Mochaccino, Piccolo, and many more. If you love Manual Brew, you can try French Press or V60. One of the specialties of Kebun Ide is gelato, and here you can enjoy delicious gelato with various flavors. 3. Visit Carburator Springs Cafe

This cafe located in Jl Veteran is worth a visit because it uses a unique theme, which is automotive. Besides providing delicious foods at affordable prices, this place is also very Instagr AM -able so it is worthy of being a photo spot. Besides, you can also see the collection of motorcycles because there is a bike shop in the same area. This cafe offers several types of coffee, such as Espresso, Piccolo, Mocha, Latte, Americano, and many more. If you’re into Manual Brew, you can try Japanese Drip, Syphon, or V60. If you’re not a coffee lover, this cafe also provides some non-coffee menus, such as Milkshake, Lemon Tea, Smoothies, and many more. 4. Visit Trans Snow World

Transpark Snow World is located at Transpark Mall Bintaro, and this place just opened at the end of 2019. This place offers the sensation of playing snow and provides some must-try rides. Before entering the snow theme park, visitors must wear a bracelet with a duration marker light. Visitors can enjoy 2 hours in this place, and if and there will be a fine if overtime. There are some rides that visitors can enjoy, such as Chair Lift, Ski Area, Snow Area Playground, and Toboggan Area. One of the must-try is the Chair Lift, which makes you at the top of the Ski Area and watches the view from above.
