The total cost for paying the workers will be counted daily It ranged from IDR 100 thousand per day – IDR 200 thousand per day. For the contractor fee, you will have to spend for about IDR 750 thousand per meter square – IDR 1 million per meter square depends on the complexity of the constructions. You may also choose to depend on your budget and the quality of the contractor company that you choose.

Adding Some Extra expenses

When you build a house you will also need certain legal documents such as Surat Ijin Mendirikan Bangunan (permission letter to build a house) and you will have to pay to obtain that letter. And also a thing such as electrical installation, water pump, and other detailed things, therefore, all of this cost may go to unexpected costs (indirect costs).
