Slipi is one of urban villages and part of Palmerah, West Jakarta. This urban village has 80 neighborhoods and 7 hamlets. Slipi is bounded by Brigjen Katamso Street to the north, S. Parman Street to the west, KS. Tubun Raya Street to the east, and Bundaran Slipi to the south. In 2016, this urban village had a 19.217 population and continues to grow until now.

Transportation

If you rent a kost in Slipi and you use public transportation, this is a good idea. As a strategic area, some public transportations helps you to commute. You can use Transjakarta, because it has Slipi Kemanggisan Bus Stop that serves some routes. You can also use KRL, and the nearest KRL Stations are Grogol Station and Palmerah Station. Other public transportation like taxi bikes and taxis are available in this area.

The existence of hospitals is important, especially when you’re sick. If you stay in Slipi, you don’t have to worry about hospitals, because there are some hospitals you can visit.
